About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team at Eurofins Environment Testing - Eastern Analytical in Buffalo, New York. This role involves coordinating and managing clients' projects through all phases of laboratory operations, fostering client relationships, and ensuring project success.

Key Responsibilities

→Coordinate and manage clients’ projects through all phases of laboratory operations
→Set up and maintain projects, including project documentation and client accounts
→Communicate analytical issues and provide updates to operations
→Manage purchase orders, task orders, contracts, and change order requests
→Engage work share labs, service centers, and non-Eurofins locations as needed
→Create bottle orders and schedule couriers and field samplers
→Review and resolve log-in issues with clients
→Manage incoming work for rush and short holds
→Review and issue final reports and data packages
→Handle invoicing, including setting up delivery routes and reviewing final invoices
→Work with clients to maintain accounts and provide technical support
→Generate quotes and proposals, and manage the approval process

Requirements

✓5 years of Project Management experience working in Environment
✓Strong understanding of laboratory operations and client relationship management
✓Experience with LIMS systems and project documentation
✓Familiarity with state and national program requirements
✓Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
✓Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
