About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex scientific and technical projects within our GMP certified analytical laboratory. This role involves guiding multidisciplinary teams through the full project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with scientific objectives and regulatory expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Establish project teams for new projects, including laboratory technicians, subject matter experts, and logistics
- →Provide a solid project management workflow with clear organization and scientific context
- →Manage timeline development, scope definition, budget forecasting, and risk mitigation
- →Continuously assess project progress using data-driven metrics, adjusting scope, timelines, or resource allocation
- →Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing transparent communication
- →Develop and maintain structured processes for managing scope throughout the scientific project lifecycle
- →Oversee the organization and integrity of experimental data, research documentation, and multi-stream project information
- →Communicate project milestones, outcomes, and risks to leadership, escalating issues when necessary
- →Set up new Project Management processes
Requirements
