Sales Account Executive - Eurofins Built Environment Testing - Up to a $5K Sign-on Bonus available - Phoenix or Las Vegas at Eurofins

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Account Executive to join our team at Eurofins Built Environment Testing Division. This client-facing outside sales role involves identifying and managing client accounts and business opportunities within an assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

• →Identify and manage client accounts and business opportunities for Eurofins Built Environment Testing Division
• →Travel throughout the region to meet with clients and prospects
• →Comfortable with cold calling and taking initiative to bring in new business
• →Cultivate existing relationships and develop new ones
• →Knowledge and understanding of the environmental industry, specifically Asbestos, Lead, Mold, and air testing
• →Meet individual revenue goals for the assigned region
• →Establish and maintain productive working relationships between clients and the laboratory
• →Ensure customer awareness of Eurofins Environment Testing capabilities and services
• →Provide sales plan forecast for the assigned region
• →Review credit status of new and existing customers
• →Monitor accounts receivable status and resolve collection issues
• →Develop and recommend strategies for pricing, bid/no-bid decisions, and Master Service agreements
• →Develop client profiles and determine potential and ability to fund work
• →Develop, qualify, track, and close leads to increase revenue
• →Report sales activity within the assigned area
• →Update customer databases to identify business opportunities
• →Maintain productive relationships between customers and the Eurofins Environment Testing organization
• →Develop and implement account plans detailing specific clients, revenue goals, and related account objectives
• →Identify key target markets and major accounts and develop strategies to attain market position
• →Establish, coordinate, negotiate, and complete Master Service Agreements with customers
• →Collect and document information to establish pricing and evaluate Eurofins Environment Testing’s ability to meet customer requirements
• →Communicate customer needs and wants to Eurofins Environment Testing Customer Service Managers and Project Managers
• →Complete summaries of sales development activities as directed by the Sale Director
• →Communicate all business opportunities by providing copies or entering information into Eurofins Environment Testing’s database
• →Follow up on all outstanding bids, quotes, proposals, and price inquiries
• →Negotiate pricing and contractual issues with approval of the Sales Director
• →Present Environment Testing as a network of laboratories to improve operational efficiencies
• →Control expenses with respect to the selling function pursuant to Eurofins Environment Testing’s policy
• →Assume role as “sponsor” for National Accounts as needed
• →Provide feedback on market conditions to facilitate the development of new products and services
• →Maintain relationship with one or more of Eurofins Environment Testing’s network facilities
• →Provide information concerning business opportunity outcomes with respect to win/lose ratios and future pricing strategies
• →Provide forecasting information to Customer Service Managers to assist operational staff with resource and operational planning
• →Assist with the development of sales materials
• →Gather and communicate intelligence information on competitors
• →Identify and communicate opportunities for new products and services within the assigned region
• →Travel is required and candidate must be able to work in each Phoenix and Las Vegas location two weeks each month
• →Other duties as needed
