About the Role
The IT Business Analyst will act as a key partner to the IT Finance Manager, ensuring operational continuity of National Service Center (NSC) IT solutions and participating in projects to improve and expand them. This role bridges the gap between management and technical teams, ensuring financial and operational systems support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Act as the primary point of contact and decision-maker in the absence of the IT Finance Manager
- →Assist the Manager in defining the local IT Finance roadmap, budgeting, and resource planning
- →Direct the day-to-day activities of IT Finance analysts, ensuring team meets SLAs and KPIs
- →Identify and execute opportunities to improve productivity through automation and tool enhancement
- →Lead identification of financial process bottlenecks and implement IT solutions
- →Oversee technical integration of new acquisitions into the NSC model
- →Ensure system configurations and IT processes comply with Eurofins’ Key Group Documents
- →Monitor performance and integration of the Summar/Mentor payroll solution
