About the Role
We are looking for a Software AI Engineer to join our team at Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing. This role involves working on next-generation applications like Eurofins Quality Management System (eQMS), a sophisticated web application used by scientists, engineers, and technicians to manage quality and compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop applications using Azure-based services and AI platforms
- →Work with services like Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure Key Vault, Service Bus queue, Azure Cosmos DB, Application Insights, and Azure AI Foundry
- →Utilize Python for data processing and service development
- →Implement Azure AI Search for indexing, querying, and vector search
- →Work with LLM embeddings and vector databases
- →Design and implement RAG architectures
- →Ensure secure service integration through REST API design
- →Apply document chunking, embeddings, and semantic search concepts
- →Conduct code reviews and follow best practices in programming
- →Use version control systems like Git
- →Solve problems and debug issues effectively
Requirements
- ✓3 to 5 years of experience with developing applications using Azure-based services and AI platforms
- ✓Strong experience with Python for data processing and service development
- ✓Hands-on experience with Azure AI Search
- ✓Experience working with LLM embeddings and vector databases
- ✓Experience with RAG architectures
- ✓Knowledge of REST API design and secure service integration
- ✓Strong understanding of document chunking, embeddings, and semantic search concepts
- ✓Good understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and SOLID principles
- ✓Working knowledge of version control systems like Git
- ✓Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- ✓Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences
