We are looking for a native Japanese speaker who is: ✔️ Friendly, young, and dynamic ✔️ A great team player ✔️ Skilled in basic computer tasks ✔️ Able to communicate in English (interpretation required)

📌 Job Description - Welcome patients, verify their information, and provide consultation on clinic services. - Assist in scheduling appointments for patients. - Provide Japanese interpretation for doctors and patients during consultations and medical examinations. - Support service payments and liaise with insurance companies when necessary. - Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints. - Assist in preparing documents and completing procedures according to clinic policies.
