Join Everbridge as a Marketing Summer Intern and get hands-on experience at the heart of a fast-growing B2B SaaS business. This is a part-time, 3-month internship (up to 20 hours per week), ideal for gaining meaningful experience alongside your studies or other commitments.
In this role, you’ll help bring integrated marketing campaigns to life designed to generate pipeline, engage prospects, and drive real revenue impact.
You’ll work across our full product portfolio, including Everbridge, xMatters, and BCIC, gaining exposure to how we attract new customers and expand relationships through cross-sell initiatives. This isn’t just observation you’ll actively collaborate with marketing managers and contribute to live campaigns.

What you'll do:
• Demand Generation Campaigns
• Support in the execution of integrated campaigns across email, ABM digital, and webinars aligned to pipeline goals
• Coordinate campaign assets, timelines, and deployment within marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce)
• Assist with audience segmentation, list management, and campaign QA to ensure accurate targeting
• Field & Event Marketing
• Assist in the planning and logistics for field events, trade shows, and virtual webinars aimed at enterprise leaders.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure event strategies align with regional goals.
• Post-Event Follow-Up & Lead Lifecycle
• Execute post-event follow-up workflows, including email nurtures and lead routing
• Ensure timely lead processing, scoring, and handoff to sales within CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
• Marketing Analytics & Reporting
• Track key campaign and event performance metrics (MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, pipeline influence)
• Help build dashboards that show how marketing events directly impact the sales pipeline.
• Conduct basic performance analysis to inform optimization of campaigns and events
What you'll bring:
• Current Student: Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Juniors or Seniors preferred).
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets; interest in learning platforms like Salesforce or Marketo and AI based tools
• Communication: Strong writing skills and the ability to explain complex ideas simply.
• Organization: High attention to detail - you’re the person who catches the typo in the first paragraph.
