We transform complex biomarker data into life-changing insights—seamlessly integrating advanced diagnostics, virtual care, and patient engagement to reshape how and where health happens.
Over the past decade, Everlywell has delivered close to 1 billion personalized health insights, transforming care for 60 million people and powering hundreds of enterprise partners. In 2024 alone, an estimated 1 in 86 U.S. households received an Everlywell test, solidifying our spot as the #1 at-home testing brand in the country. And we’re just getting started. Fueled by AI and built for scale, we’re breaking down barriers, closing care gaps, and unlocking a more connected healthcare experience that is smarter, faster, and more personalized.
Everlywell is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our diagnostics and tele-health portfolio. This is a "hybrid" role designed for a marketer who excels at the craft of product positioning but possesses the DNA of an integrated campaign lead. You won’t just define who the product is for; you will architect the multi-channel engine that brings it to life. Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will sit at the intersection of Product, Creative, and Channel teams to ensure our launches are both data-driven and culturally resonant. This role works on both our consumer and enterprise businesses.
What You'll Do:
•
Positioning & Messaging: Build the foundational messaging house and value propositions for new products. This will include building positioning docs and site copy and narrative strategy. You are responsible for turning complex health tech features into clear, emotional consumer benefits.
•
Integrated GTM Leadership: Act as the "General Manager" for launches. Build the go-to-market decks and integrated creative briefs and partner with channel owners (Email, Social, Paid, Web) to ensure a cohesive 360-degree story across the funnel.
•
Outbound Messaging & Signal Collection: Develop and evolve product positioning across ads and email programs; proactively gather "signal" from campaign performance and consumer feedback to identify which hooks resonate, using those insights to refine our GTM playbook. This role will collaborate closely with Design and Creative on overall messaging.
•
Cross-Functional Orchestration: Lead the "connective tissue" between Product Management and the broader Marketing org, ensuring the product's vision is never lost in translation.
•
Player-Coach Mentality: Directly manage high-stakes launches while providing mentorship and framework-building that elevates the entire team's marketing rigor.
•
Insight Synthesis: Aggregate and synthesize data from diverse sources—competitive intelligence, category trends, and primary consumer research—to identify "the white space" for our products.
•
Brand Management: Monitor and report on core brand health metrics monthly, including awareness and sentiment. You will also design and execute integrated programs specifically engineered to move these levers and strengthen Everlywell’s market resonance.
Who You Are:
•
8+ years of experience in Product Marketing or Brand Management, specifically within high-growth B2C environments. B2BC and B2B experience is a plus.
•
GTM Architect: Proven track record of launching new products or entering new categories with a focus on integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
•
Insight-to-Action: You have a "detective" mindset and can prove how you’ve turned a specific raw insight into a successful marketing strategy.
•
Health Tech: Experience in healthcare, wellness, or regulated consumer goods is highly preferred in a start-up tech enabled environment.
•
Compliance Process Familiarity: Experience working closely with legal and regulatory teams and are familiar with the process and approach of getting approvals is a plus
•
The Toolbox: Familiarity with GTM stack tools (e.g., Jira, Airtable, Figma, Google Suite) and a deep comfort with data visualization tools.
•
Master Communicator: Exceptional ability to present complex strategies to executive leadership and influence product roadmaps.
