About the Role
We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join EverQuote, a leading online insurance marketplace. This role focuses on shaping the future of our Enterprise experience, impacting thousands of daily active users.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead ambiguous problem discovery for B2B Enterprise, defining clear opportunities with evidence-based decisions
- →Elevate the design craft and experience quality across B2B workflows
- →Use exceptional facilitation skills to develop relationships with design, agile, and business stakeholders
- →Make evidence-based design decisions through continuous testing
- →Drive impact through measurement by defining success metrics and partnering with analytics
- →Think in systems to ensure seamless interactions between products and connected systems
- →Conduct exploratory user research and usability testing to validate ideas
- →Ideate through sketching, mock-ups, storyboards, and prototypes
- →Craft intuitive data visualizations that make complex data easy to understand
- →Co-create with Design, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and business teams
- →Facilitate collaborative workshops to align stakeholders
- →Support the evolution of our design system
- →Participate in a culture of feedback and actively seek out feedback
- →Be an active figure in our design community
Requirements
- ✓5 - 8 years experience designing digital user experiences (weighted towards B2B, internal tools, and complex system design)
- ✓Education in Graphic Design, Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Business, or related disciplines
- ✓Solid experience designing across the product development lifecycle
- ✓Expert Figma proficiency
- ✓Expertise in conducting user research, especially user interviewing and usability testing
- ✓Experience in creating, maintaining, and scaling information architectures and navigation systems
- ✓Ability to perform and influence in a fast-paced multidisciplinary team
- ✓Leverage AI in responsible ways to create productivity efficiency
