The Role
Are you a Senior Product Owner passionate about creating exceptional user experiences?
We are looking for a customer-obsessed Product Owner to be the voice of our users. You will own product analysis from end to end, diving deep into customer needs and translating those insights into clear, actionable plans for our engineering teams.
Your role is to be a dedicated advocate for the customer, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations to ensure we deliver high-quality, intuitive solutions. You’ll contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, always asking how we can better serve our users.

What you’ll do
• Own analysis and documentation for complex features across multiple product domains
• Write and maintain high‑quality Backlog items – Epics, User Stories, acceptance criteria, covering functional and technical requirements
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of product documentation across teams
• Partner with Product Management and PMO on release planning, priorities, and dependencies
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, QA, and Operations to ensure shared understanding
• Identify risks, gaps, and process improvement opportunities early
• Communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Create customer ready documentation when required
• Mentor junior Product Owners / Analysts and share best practices
• Actively participate in and facilitate agile ceremonies and workshops

Profile and Skills
Experience
• 5+ years of experience in Product Owner, Product Manager, Business analyst, System analyst or similar roles
Product & Analysis
• Advanced requirements analysis and documentation skills
• Strong understanding of product architecture, system flows, and dependencies
• Ability to translate user and business needs into clear requirements
Technical & Tools
• Experience in using Jira, Confluence, GitLab, VS Code, Draw.io, PlantUML, MS Office
• Comfortably using diagrams and visual models to explain complex concepts
• Fast learner of new tools, products, and technical processes
Communication & Collaboration
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Able to work effectively with technical and non‑technical audiences
• Skilled at influencing and aligning stakeholders without formal authority
Leadership & Mindset
• Proven mentoring and knowledge‑sharing experience
• Strong sense of ownership with a proactive, self‑driven approach
• Structured thinker with high attention to detail
• Adaptable mindset with a strong focus on learning and improvement
