The Role
Reporting to Everseen's Chief of Staff, as a VP of Operations, you will play a critical role overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of Everseen’s India team. You will be pivotal in driving operational efficiency, and strategic planning, and execution to support the company’s growth and profitability. You will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional support services.

What You'll Do
• Lead Team- Lead a team of professionals, with a wide range of skill levels, that includes technical support, annotation, specialized product analysis, and reporting. This team supports computer vision artificial intelligence solutions for retail customers.
• Strategy- Engage executive leadership to ensure understanding, contribution to and execution of Everseen strategy and the implications for current and future India operations.
• Functional Management- Oversee and manage the activities of approximately 400 employees in India, catering to global customer, research and operational needs. Supervise daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effective management of resources.
• Operational Delivery- Support the team to meet and exceed operational performance goals, KPIs and SLAs related to speed, quality and innovation. These goals include (but are not limited to) the elimination and prevention of waste, defects and general productivity improvements. Regular review of overall strategy and discussion with stakeholders to ensure these goals/KPIs/SLAs are meeting and exceeding expectations and supporting the development of the business.
• Talent Retention and Attraction- Enable the support and career development of new and existing employees. Work with HR, people leaders and wider stakeholders to develop and ensure talent development strategies are implemented and ongoing performance improvement is supported. Look at talent landscape and identify top performers with high potential.
• Culture- Cultivate and grow a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement resulting in an improvement in innovation, productivity and efficiency.
• Engagement- Work with functional leaders across Everseen to align strategies and expectations, ensuring Everseen operates globally as one team. Foster a deep understanding of the strategy across the global functions including Global Operations, Research, Engineering and Product to continually ensure that goals for Operations India reflect the one team global mandate.
• Risk Mitigation- Ensure deep understanding of corporate policies and processes by engaging with Finance, Legal and HR teams. Identify and manage all operational and compliance risks, eliminating risk where possible and creating and implementing mitigation strategies in coordination with corporate policies and processes where needed.
Collaborating With
• You will collaborate closely with all Everseen's functional teams to ensure alignment as one team with corporate goals and strategies.
Profile and Skills
• You have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred
• You have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in operations management and a proven track record of driving operational excellence and scaling large operations for global SaaS companies.
• You possess strong leadership and team management skills, and you have previous experience of partnering with executive leadership teams in remote locations.
• You possess a deep understanding of key success metrics and how these are managed and driven through the organization. You have experience with Six Sigma or similar process improvement methods.
• You have excellent communication skills, you enjoy building key successful, collaborative relationships with stakeholders. You use these skills to explain operational issues and build solutions and optionality.
• You have sufficient technical experience or knowledge to understand Everseen product offerings, features, and functions.
• You have excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• You can work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

• You possess a structured and analytical mindset and utilize data-driven decision-making.
