We are looking for a creative, results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team and manage multiple client accounts, helping them grow their online presence, increase engagement, and attract more customers.Job Description As a Social Media Manager at Evo Designers, you will be responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing social media campaigns across platforms for our clients. You will ensure that every account reflects the client’s brand identity, engages their audience, and drives measurable results — both organically and through paid advertising.Key Responsibilities Develop and execute social media strategies tailored for each client. Create, schedule, and manage content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.). Write engaging captions and optimize posts for maximum reach and engagement. Plan, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) to drive traffic, leads, and conversions. Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to identify opportunities. Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner. Track performance using analytics and prepare reports to demonstrate results. Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent brand voice across all client accounts. Provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement, growth, and ad performance. Requirements Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses or clients. Experience planning, running, and optimizing paid social media campaigns. Excellent written communication and copywriting skills. Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices. Experience with analytics and reporting tools. Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines. Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented. Preferred Skills Knowledge of scheduling and management tools (Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, etc.). Familiarity with influencer collaborations and marketing. Experience in designing simple campaign visuals or coordinating with designers.
