Key Responsibilities: Perform real-time interpretation between Arabic and English during phone calls, virtual meetings, or in-person sessions. Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and neutrality throughout all interpretation assignments. Facilitate smooth communication between parties while maintaining the original meaning and tone of each conversation. Manage a high volume of interpretation requests efficiently, meeting performance and KPI targets. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of terminology, cultural nuances, and professional standards. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to company protocols. Skills & Qualifications: Fluent in Arabic and English (both verbal and written). Strong listening, comprehension, and communication skills. Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism. Ability to work under pressure and meet daily performance metrics (KPIs). Previous experience in interpretation, translation, or language services preferred.
