About the Role
We are seeking an Employer Branding and Communications Specialist to bridge the gap between HR and Marketing. This role focuses on developing and managing employer brand materials and communication platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and manage employer brand materials and communication platforms
- →Facilitate the definition of Employee Value Proposition and develop communication tools
- →Ensure consistency of messaging across various channels and audiences
- →Manage internal communications output
- →Develop strategic internal communication plans
- →Execute communication steps within a certain timeframe
- →Measure and present results of communication efforts
- →Adjust communication plans as needed
- →Support ideas with research and experience
- →Refine core messaging for organizational consistency
- →Manage content and channels of internal communications
- →Edit and revise content as necessary
- →Ensure workers are engaged in company initiatives
- →Edit, design, and print internal publications
- →Support management team with communication during critical initiatives
- →Ensure content management for various communication vehicles
- →Develop internal publications such as press releases and announcements
Requirements
