About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team and drive effective employee relations, retention, and reward programs. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure a positive studio culture with high employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive effective employee relations, retention, and reward programs
- →Ensure high level of accuracy in employee records and HRIS system
- →Demonstrate experience driving process improvements with innovative HR solutions
- →Work with local and global HR and other key business functions
- →Provide expertise in high volume recruitment, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, recognition programs, and employee engagement
- →Manage local HR team to support business operation priorities
- →Provide strong presentation and coaching skills to support global management and leadership development
- →Effectively manage multiple priorities while demonstrating strong communication and collaboration
- →Build strong partnerships with business leaders to offer thought leadership
- →Lead, develop, and grow a strong HR team
- →Work closely with business segments to ensure consultation processes are carried out correctly
- →Manage complex HR projects cross-functionally
- →Build strong business relationships with department heads
- →Actively identify gaps and implement necessary changes
- →Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
