About the Role
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide comprehensive first and second-line IT support for company users and contractors. This role involves managing various IT devices, user accounts, and physical network tasks while continuously developing the local IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide first and second-line IT support for internal users and contractors
- →Install, configure, and troubleshoot user laptops, workstations, printers, and mobile devices
- →Configure, administer, and update Windows, MAC, and Linux operating systems
- →Manage user accounts in Okta, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Office 365
- →Perform physical network tasks including patching and device installation
- →Install and maintain server and network equipment
- →Maintain inventory of IT purchases and assets
- →Work with facility and security teams to resolve security issues
- →Develop and improve local IT infrastructure
Requirements
- ✓Experience in providing IT support for various operating systems
- ✓Knowledge of user device management tools
- ✓Familiarity with Active Directory and cloud identity solutions
- ✓Understanding of network equipment and physical network tasks
- ✓Ability to manage inventory and IT assets
- ✓Strong problem-solving skills for incident resolution
- ✓Willingness to perform other duties as assigned by management
