Key Responsibilities

• →Manage the full recruitment life cycle for Game Presenter and Shuffler roles.
• →Manage the full recruitment life cycle for Evolution's Operations and Business Support roles.
• →Identify, attract, and engage top talent both locally and internationally.
• →Contribute to the company’s growth by hiring skilled professionals who will help elevate our operations.
• →Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand, assess, and refine hiring needs.
• →Track and use key recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement in hiring decisions and quality of hires.
• →Ensure a positive onboarding experience for new employees throughout their first months and beyond.
• →Participate in active sourcing initiatives and recruitment events.
