About the Role
We are expanding our team and looking for an Application Support Engineer to join our wealth management ecosystem. This role involves leading technical integration of our software products in client environments.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support clients in implementing necessary infrastructure
- →Manage and configure application releases, including deployments and upgrades
- →Configure applications according to client requirements and assist client teams in setup
- →Participate proactively in technical discussions about infrastructure changes
- →Interpret error logs and identify corrective actions
- →Liaise with product development teams when necessary
