About the Role
We are seeking a District Sales Manager to drive a consistent and effective District Sales Program. This role involves building a strong District Sales Team, attracting and closing local accounts, and ensuring continual business growth within the district.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and manage the District Sales strategy to call and secure on all A, B, & C accounts
- →Create and monitor the District Sales Plan
- →Ensure proper measurements (KPIs) are put in place to successfully execute the District Sales Plan
- →Manage at minimum ten personal target accounts
- →Play an active role in developing business in addition to spending time in the field with District Sales Executives
- →Monitor number of DSE Sales calls, leads and revenue generated by customer
- →Ensure all new accounts are transitioned, reviewed and discussed with operations
- →Facilitate any product initiatives or blitz programs with operations
- →Coach and mentor direct reports to develop them professionally and personally
- →Execute the scorecard reviews of each District Sales Executive
- →Review department goals and sales plan periodically with staff to ensure buy-in and accountability
