About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Retention and Development Manager to join Expeditors. This role involves managing worldwide customer activity with top global clients to ensure business retention and development.
Key Responsibilities
- →Strengthen relationships with existing accounts
- →Penetrate organizational structures to develop relationships at all levels
- →Understand customers' business strategies and our role with them
- →Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up
- →Identify opportunities to grow business from existing accounts
- →Manage client profiles and updates on the CRM
- →Build territory maps showing account distribution
- →Provide technical updates to accounts using EI systems
- →Share weekly schedules for coordinated account visits
- →Manage business reviews and value-added solutions
- →Drive alignment and collaboration across multiple regions
- →Pursue larger global wallet share with customers

Requirements
