About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• →Establish governance frameworks, approval processes, and reporting structures
• →Coordinate inter-project dependencies and ensure communication across teams
• →Oversee program-level project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
• →Ensure adherence to organizational standards and methodologies
• →Monitor progress, resolve issues, and escalate critical risks or scope changes
• →Serve as the primary liaison between sponsors, steering committees, and delivery teams
• →Communicate program status, risks, and benefits to senior leadership
• →Facilitate meetings and prepare executive-level presentations
• →Identify and mitigate risks across projects
• →Manage change control processes and ensure resolution of issues
• →Provide guidance and mentorship to Project Managers and program teams
• →Delegate assignments and ensure alignment with program objectives
• →Drive continuous improvement in program and project management practices
