About the Role
We are seeking a Test Automation Engineer to lead the design and development of scalable test automation frameworks. This role focuses on ensuring quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the design and development of scalable test automation frameworks for AWS, RESTful APIs
- →Define and drive end-to-end test strategies, including functional, integration, regression, performance, and security testing
- →Collaborate with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the SDLC
- →Mentor and guide a team of SDETs and QA engineers, conducting code reviews and promoting best practices
- →Own the integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure fast, reliable feedback loops
- →Analyze test results, identify trends, and proactively address quality risks
- →Champion the use of modern testing tools, techniques, and metrics to continuously improve test coverage and efficiency
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 2 years of AWS experience
- ✓Automation-only role (no manual testing)
- ✓Strong expertise in Python
- ✓Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cucumber, and/or Playwright
- ✓Exposure to performance testing tools like Locust, Gatling, or k6
