About the Role
As a Product Manager for Healthcare Revenue Cycle at Experian Health, you will be responsible for defining and implementing product strategy for complex, enterprise-scale products within the Experian Health, Claim Source suite. You will lead the long-term vision and drive cross-functional agreement to deliver measurable customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and own long-term product strategy in consideration of enterprise and portfolio goals
- →Translate multi-year strategy into clear investment priorities and roadmaps
- →Shape product direction through influence with senior business and technology leaders
- →Manage products end-to-end from discovery through scale and optimization
- →Promote prioritization decisions balancing customer value, impact, and technical risk
- →Align multiple teams delivering interdependent plans
- →Represent customers' needs using market research, personas, and journey insights
- →Lead competitive analysis to inform differentiation and positioning
- →Define success metrics and use data to guide strategic decisions
- →Partner with sales and marketing on go-to-market strategy and adoption
- →Align product capabilities to revenue opportunities and customer outcomes
- →Champion excellence in product management, UX, quality, and security
- →Mentor product managers and influence ways of working across teams
- →Improve product practices and delivery
