About the Role
The Product Operations Specialist plays a critical role in managing the lifecycle of the Product Risk Management program, ensuring efficient processes and compliance with regulations. This position supports strategic programs, training, reporting, and tool development to enhance program effectiveness and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support management of the full lifecycle of the Product Governance program including facilitation, training, reporting, tool management, and partner engagement
- →Maintain program resources, training materials, and reporting dashboards
- →Lead the intake and review process for proposals, ensuring Service Level Agreement adherence
- →Lead collaboration across Sales, Product, Legal, Compliance, and other team members
- →Support the Data Privacy Champion, partnering with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure compliance with state privacy laws
- →Help develop and implement Gen AI tools to make program and processes more efficient
Requirements
