About the Role
You will guide the delivery of programs within the centralized ID&F and Decisioning Product Organization, ensuring agreement across multiple product teams and overseeing program governance and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop program plans, schedule, and deliverables across multiple programs
- →Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals
- →Provide centralized program management support for ID&F and Decisioning initiatives
- →Ensure documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement
- →Work under general or minimal direction, determining methods and procedures on new assignments
- →Identify areas within the business where process improvements may benefit performance
- →Escalate any risks
- →Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, including regular status reporting and risk management
- →Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering, operations, and leadership teams
- →Implement proactive measures to ensure program success
- →Share and scale best-in-class program management practices across the organization
Requirements
- ✓Experience in program management within a product organization
- ✓Strong skills in scope definition, scheduling, resource planning, and risk management
- ✓Ability to manage complex programs and ensure alignment with strategic goals
- ✓Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- ✓Experience with implementing program management processes and frameworks
- ✓Proven ability to promote best practices and expand program management standards
