About the Role
We are looking for a Contract Management Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing and coordinating contract creation, annexes, and supporting documents to ensure timely revenue generation. The specialist will also support business intelligence in revenue projection analysis and provide sales analysis for various business units.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage contract renewal processes and provide consumption analysis by client
- →Coordinate with legal and support teams for contract reviews and annex requests
- →Participate in client meetings regarding service renewals and follow up via email
- →Maintain contract status tracking and update reports accordingly
- →Provide sales team with necessary resources to close deals effectively
- →Support the onboarding of new clients and optimize operational processes
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 1 year of experience in account administration, contract negotiation, or B2B management
- ✓Ability to understand and explain complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
- ✓Strong organizational and analytical skills
- ✓Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- ✓Knowledge of legal compliance and contract management best practices
