About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our growing Data Quality business at Experian. This client-facing role focuses on building strong relationships with clients across ANZ, helping them maximize the value of our data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key clients
- →Develop tailored success plans aligned to customer goals and business outcomes
- →Serve as a trusted advisor for clients and represent the voice of the customer within Experian
- →Increase adoption of Experian Data Quality solutions and expand use cases
- →Present business reviews and success metrics to senior stakeholders
- →Focus on client retention and growth
- →Identify potential churn risks and implement mitigation strategies
- →Champion customer needs internally and encourage advocacy through case studies
