About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished and motivated Staff Engineer to join our team. This role involves owning technical design for complex projects and understanding tradeoffs in software creation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Set short to medium-term technical direction in partnership with Product
- →Work closely with customers and partners to understand use-cases and unblock integrations
- →Participate in agile development cycles, write documentation, and perform code reviews
- →Design and implement scalable, resilient services with observability metrics
- →Contribute to incident handling processes for production cloud services
- →Mentor others and be part of the production on-call rotation
Requirements
- ✓Demonstrated experience building complex systems and debugging them effectively
- ✓Ability to maintain project plans, documentation, and backlogs
- ✓Strong understanding of industry best practices and trends
- ✓Experience with operational production support of code
- ✓Ability to work well with a team in an agile environment
