Key Responsibilities

• →Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to provide outstanding candidate and Hiring Manager experiences
• →Help develop team’s best practices and associated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• →Review and ensure completeness of data for job requisitions through our Applicant Tracking System
• →Ensure approval of requisitions submitted
• →Manage external and internal candidate interview scheduling and related arrangements
• →Conduct or coordinate candidate background investigations and communicate results to TA Partners
• →Ensure Applicant Tracking System reflects accurate and current candidate status
• →Support virtual and in-person recruiting initiatives and events
• →Work collaboratively with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to achieve recruiting objectives
• →Develop strong relationships with internal business units to support their hiring objectives
• →Streamline and improve the talent acquisition process by identifying and addressing bottlenecks
• →Ensure organizational compliance with recruiting laws and regulations
• →Create job offers
• →Respond to candidate and employee inquiries through shared mailboxes
