About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Writer to join Experian. This role involves creating comprehensive technical documentation and training programs for the OTC Billing process.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop comprehensive and clear technical documentation, including user guides, manuals, procedures, and reports tailored to the OTC Billing users
- →Review, edit, and refine documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency, following documentation standards
- →Engage with SMEs to develop and review program documentation and apply an understanding of the OTC Billing process to produce accurate technical content
- →Develop and produce content by using software applications that enhance technical learning output
- →Obtain an understanding of billing processes and services to translate complex billing flows into simple, informative, and engaging content
- →Design, develop, and deliver training programs to internal teams, ensuring knowledge transfer and skill development
Requirements
- ✓Experience in technical writing and documentation
- ✓Knowledge of OTC Billing processes
- ✓Ability to work with subject matter experts (SMEs)
- ✓Strong communication and training skills
