About the Client Our client is a prominent financial institution in Latin America and a pioneer in the regional banking sector's digital shift. Based in Chile, the organization provides an extensive suite of retail, commercial, and investment banking services. They have established a pioneering digital ecosystem aimed at transforming financial inclusion for millions. Expanding globally, the bank utilizes advanced data analytics and AI-powered platforms to offer customized and sustainable financial solutions to its international clientele. What You’ll Do • Implementation & Configuration • Execute end-to-end greenfield Calypso implementations • Configure Calypso systems to support front, middle, and back-office operations • Participate in platform upgrade initiatives and environment optimization efforts • Collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery across trading and operational workflows • Custom Development & Integration • Design and develop custom interfaces and integrations within the Calypso ecosystem • Build bespoke platform extensions to support client-specific business requirements • Support and manage data migration activities across environments • Oversee environment management, deployment coordination, and technical troubleshooting • Ensure scalability, stability, and security of mission-critical financial platforms What You Bring • Extensive hands-on technical experience with the Calypso platform • Strong knowledge of Calypso architecture, custom development, and interfacing tools • Proven experience supporting Calypso implementation projects • Experience developing custom features and integrations within enterprise financial systems • Strong understanding of Capital Markets and trading workflows • Specialized knowledge across asset classes including Fixed Income, FX, Collateral, and Derivatives • Experience designing and optimizing scalable, high-performance financial applications • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills within mission-critical environments • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical, functional, and client-facing teams Nice to have • Experience supporting complex Calypso platform upgrades • Exposure to large-scale global banking or hedge fund environments • Experience with enterprise integration frameworks and distributed systems • Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and modern DevOps practices • Prior experience working within consulting or professional services organizations Language level • Intermediate English • Intermediate-to-advanced or native Spanish communication skills required Legal & Hiring Information • Exadel is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to inclusion across minority, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, and more • Reasonable accommodations are available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions • Please note: this job description is not exhaustive.
