About the Role
We are looking for a Partner Recruitment Leader to join Extreme Networks, a global networking leader. This role will lead the partner recruitment team to create strategies and engage with potential partners, conducting market analyses and identifying opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and manage a pipeline of new partnership opportunities
- →Develop partnerships based on Extreme's portfolio and business goals
- →Solve complex problems and propose new business opportunities
- →Create and execute operational plans for new partner recommendations
- →Build consensus among internal cross-functional teams
- →Work collaboratively on the onboarding process of new partnerships
- →Engage with global and regional teams on post-launch partner engagement
- →Become a partner subject matter expert and trusted advisor
Requirements
- ✓Strong quantitative skills and strategic thinking
- ✓Experience working in a highly matrixed environment
- ✓Ability to present effectively to multiple levels, including C-suite
- ✓Sound business judgment and creative problem-solving abilities
- ✓Strong collaboration skills across Sales, Operations, Marketing, Legal, Finance, etc.
