About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to focus on the ezCater restaurant partner Fulfillment Experience. This role involves building best-in-class tools and reporting to allow restaurant partners to effectively fulfill ezCater orders and create a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive the vision and develop a roadmap for the fulfillment platform for our restaurant partners
- →Ensure that our partners have the data and tools they need to complete ezCater orders
- →Develop internal tools to support our team during the fulfillment experience
- →Leverage ML and AI to optimize the fulfillment process
- →Evangelize the roadmap and vision using research and data
- →Build deep empathy for ezCater partners and become their biggest champion
- →Lead product initiatives and work collaboratively across a cross-functional team
- →Continuously identify areas for innovation and improvement
- →Create and monitor metrics that measure and define success
- →Travel to Boston quarterly for planning and business reviews
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of product management experience, ideally with marketplace experience
- ✓Experience designing and implementing solutions focused on logistics and operational efficiency
- ✓Proven experience innovating on behalf of customers
- ✓Deep analytic ability and comfort working with data
- ✓Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
