About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Energy, Transition and Environment business unit at Faculty. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and scale AI-powered systems that solve unique challenges for global clients, turning sophisticated machine learning outputs into high-impact, production-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work in cross-functional teams alongside Data Scientists and Product Managers to deploy technically sophisticated, high-impact software
- →Build reliable and scalable frontend and backend architectures for advanced AI systems
- →Develop data pipelines and cloud infrastructure as part of wider AI systems
- →Provide deep technical expertise to customers, helping them navigate complex requirements
Requirements
- ✓Solid backend development skills in Python frameworks such as FastAPI
- ✓Full-stack experience with TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks like React or Vue
- ✓Experience deploying software in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) using containerisation tools like Docker
- ✓Scientific and pragmatic mindset, balancing big-picture vision with technical details
- ✓Ability to maintain a balance between rapid prototyping and long-term maintainability
- ✓Experience thriving in autonomous, fast-paced environments
- ✓Compelling communicator who enjoys working in a team-oriented culture
