We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join Faculty, a company that transforms performance through human-centric AI. You will deliver bespoke AI solutions for diverse Financial Services clients, bringing machine learning from the lab into real-world applications.
Key Responsibilities
- →Building and deploying production-grade ML software, tools, and infrastructure
- →Creating reusable, scalable solutions that accelerate ML system delivery
- →Collaborating with engineers, data scientists, and commercial leads to solve client challenges
- →Leading technical scoping and architectural decisions for project feasibility
- →Defining and implementing standards for deploying machine learning at scale
- →Acting as a technical advisor, translating complex ML concepts for stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓Understanding of the full machine learning lifecycle and experience with frameworks like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
- ✓Strong Python skills and experience in software engineering best practices
- ✓Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure
- ✓Experience with container and orchestration tools like Docker & Kubernetes
- ✓Comfort with core ML concepts including probability, statistics, and learning techniques
- ✓Excellent communication skills to guide technical teams and advise stakeholders
- ✓Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with autonomy to solve and deliver solutions
