About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Cyber Security Engineer to join our Government and Public Services business unit at Faculty. This role focuses on leading security efforts across key projects, bridging engineering and AI safety.

Key Responsibilities

→Designing and building scaffolds to rigorously test the security and capabilities of frontier AI models and agentic systems
→Setting technical standards for AI Security across consulting and AI safety business units
→Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure security is integrated into projects
→Automating security processes, vulnerability management, and secure development lifecycles
→Mentoring junior engineers and data scientists

Requirements

✓Solid engineering background with a deep interest in security
✓Strong Python skills and experience with deployed production systems
✓Creative and curious mindset with experience in CTF exercises or red-teaming
✓Hands-on experience with cloud security tools and identity management protocols
✓Proven track record in vulnerability management and securing application development lifecycle
✓Clear and persuasive communicator
