About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Energy, Transition and Environment business unit at Faculty. You will lead the design of groundbreaking, user-centred solutions for our platform, integrating research findings with key business goals to drive meaningful design improvements.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead the creation of complex, high-impact user interfaces that meet rigorous accessibility and inclusion standards
→Plan, conduct, and oversee autonomous user research activities to synthesize insights that drive strategic design decisions
→Develop and deliver wireframes, prototypes, and detailed designs for challenging problems
→Evolve the design system to meet project and organisational needs, providing strategic guidance on implementation
→Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communicate design rationale to stakeholders, including senior leadership and clients
→Lead iterative design processes, encouraging experimentation and validation efforts to continuously improve product usability

Requirements

✓Advanced expertise in design tools and methods, with a proven ability to create high-quality user experiences
✓Skilled at conducting and synthesising user research autonomously, drawing out key insights to shape design strategy
✓Expertise in applying accessibility and inclusive design principles in complex projects
✓Strong collaboration and communication skills, facilitating cross-functional teamwork and articulating design rationale
✓Experience leading iterative design processes, encouraging experimentation and iteration to improve product usability
✓Comfortable contributing to the development and evolution of design systems
