About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager at Fam to own and drive complex, cross-functional programs at the intersection of product, engineering, risk, compliance, and business. This role is critical in scaling Fam’s fintech platform by delivering high-impact initiatives end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own end-to-end delivery of large, cross-functional programs across product, engineering, risk, compliance, operations, and external partners.
- →Lead strategic initiatives focused on reducing time-to-market, improving platform scalability, and optimizing cost.
- →Act as a technical problem solver, unblocking teams by driving consensus and identifying innovative solutions.
- →Collaborate with senior business and engineering leadership to define program goals, success metrics, and execution plans.
- →Define and improve program management processes, release mechanisms, and execution frameworks as Fam scales.
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of experience working directly with software engineering teams.
- ✓5+ years of experience in technical program or product management roles.
- ✓5+ years of experience managing complex technical programs end-to-end.
- ✓Prior experience in fintech, payments, banking, or other regulated consumer tech platforms.
- ✓Proven experience driving programs across cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple releases.
- ✓Strong experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
- ✓Experience building scalable and sustainable execution processes in high-growth environments.
- ✓Experience defining and tracking KPIs / SLAs and reporting program health to senior leadership.
