Fanatics Collectibles is a new company operating at the intersection of collectibles, culture, and technology. Backed by world-class investors, operators, and sports & entertainment partners, we are building the global leader in next-generation collectibles. As part of the broader Fanatics ecosystem, we leverage a digital sports platform that spans over 900 sports properties and engages more than 81 million fans. About the Role
Fanatics is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to partner with our D2C Engineering, Product, and Business teams to drive complex, cross-functional technical initiatives across our direct-to-consumer platforms. This role will lead large-scale programs that span multiple engineering teams, translate strategy into execution, and improve how we deliver high-impact digital experiences to fans.
What You'll Do

Lead complex, cross-functional technical programs across D2C engineering, product, and design.

Translate business and product strategy into scalable execution plans with clear milestones and measurable outcomes.
β’
Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and trade-offs to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
β’
Establish program governance, reporting, and execution best practices.
β’
Partner with senior engineering and product leaders to drive alignment and decision-making.
Qualifications
β’
5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or related technical delivery roles.
β’
Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional software initiatives in eCommerce or D2C environments.
β’
Strong technical fluency (e.g., distributed systems, APIs, cloud platforms).
β’
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
β’ Proven track record of managing complex dependencies across engineering teams.
β’ Operate effectively in an AI-forward environment, leveraging modern AI tools and technologies as a core part of daily workflows and decision-making.
