About the Role
FanDuel is seeking a Consumer Insights Manager to lead consumer insights strategy and execution for the Prediction Markets business unit. This role will drive a high-impact research agenda, manage a team, and serve as the strategic insights partner for Prediction Markets leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead strategic research initiatives and manage team development
- →Develop comprehensive research learning agenda for Prediction Markets
- →Drive evolution of brand and customer tracking initiatives
- →Provide strategic insights partnership to leadership and stakeholders
- →Manage research budget allocation and vendor relationships
- →Lead execution of complex qualitative and quantitative research projects
- →Synthesize data from various sources to generate actionable recommendations
- →Champion best practices for leveraging customer databases
- →Build relationships with cross-functional teams and present insights to leadership
- →Foster collaboration across the insights organization
- →Lead efforts to improve research methodologies
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of market research and/or consumer insights experience
- ✓2+ years of people management experience
- ✓5+ years of experience managing complex custom research projects
- ✓Experience leading strategic insights initiatives
- ✓Strong analytical skills with ability to integrate information
- ✓Excellent presentation and communication skills
- ✓Proven ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships
- ✓Experience with research tools and developing action standards
- ✓Collaborative leader with ability to influence cross-functional teams
- ✓Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
- ✓Intellectually curious with enthusiasm in sports, gaming, or technology
- ✓Experience with Qualtrics, SPSS, or other research platforms
- ✓Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with strong data visualization
- ✓Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
