About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our team at FanDuel Group, the premier mobile gaming company in the United States and Canada. This role will focus on business partnering and supporting a new Business Unit within FDG, providing financial analysis and insights to support key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

→Act as Finance Manager supporting a newly formed Business Unit
→Serve as business partner and intermediary between key stakeholders, the broader Finance team and Flutter Group
→Support the migration and establishment of this Business Unit in FDG across all areas of the P&L
→Drive improvements in operational efficiency by proactively establishing streamlined processes, reporting and insights
→Integrate business partnering through the entire workflow of the business
→Support the evaluation of recommended investments
→Provide financial decision support to ensure optimal achievement of targets
→Analyze monthly, quarterly, annual business results, KPIs, trends
→Address ad hoc financial analysis requests and inquiries

Requirements

✓5+ years of Finance experience (preferably across Financial Analysis / Finance Partnering / Accounting)
✓Exceptional financial, analytical and problem-solving skills
✓Proactive & solution oriented with a track record for process improvement
✓Excellent communication skills
✓Exceptional organizational and relationship building skills
✓Ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities effectively
✓Accounting and other finance professional certificates (such as CFA, CPA, ACA) preferred
✓Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
✓Experience or an interest in sports, gaming or entertainment a plus!
