About the Role
FanDuel is seeking a Product Manager to support the strategy and execution for New Ventures, focusing on implementing innovative solutions that drive engagement and business growth for FanDuel Predicts, our new prediction markets product. This role involves owning key product initiatives within emerging product areas and working closely with cross-functional teams to build and scale FanDuel's presence in new markets.
Key Responsibilities
- βImplement product strategy and objectives, transforming high-level vision into actionable plans
- βMonitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular updates and data-driven recommendations
- βMaintain strong understanding of product features, user journeys, and industry dynamics
- βPartner with research teams to gather and analyze user feedback, conducting usability testing
- βUtilize analytics tools to monitor product performance and user behavior
- βCreate detailed product requirements documents and user stories
- βCoordinate with QA teams to ensure product quality standards are met
- βBuild and maintain strong relationships with team members across functions
- βPrepare and deliver clear, concise updates to stakeholders
Requirements
- β5+ years' experience as a product manager or similar role
- βProven track record of delivering successful and innovative products
- βTechnical experience and working with 3rd party engineering parties
- βAbility to handle multiple simultaneous projects while balancing scope, resourcing, time, and quality
- βStrong sense of ownership and accountability for goals and deliverables
- βDemonstrated success cross-functionally influencing teams without formal authority
- βStrong quantitative skills
- βExcellent critical thinking skills
- βBachelorβs degree preferred
- βExceptional written and verbal communication skills
- βBackground in finance, investing, or market-based products is a plus
