About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Technical Recruiter to join Fathom, an AI meeting assistant company that has quickly become a market leader. As one of the founding recruiters, you'll play a critical role in scaling our team and building recruiting programs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own searches end-to-end, driving both strategy and execution
- →Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to drive recruiting outcomes
- →Refine sourcing and interview strategies to improve our hiring process
- →Contribute to building systems, tools, and processes for future growth
- →Identify and engage strong technical talent, particularly engineers
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth tech environments
- ✓Success with top-of-funnel ownership and filling your own pipeline
- ✓Skilled in crafting compelling narratives and strategic closing
- ✓Strong attention to detail for managing process, scheduling, and candidate communication
- ✓Fluent in using pipeline metrics to prioritize time and identify issues
- ✓Ability to thrive in low-structure startup environments
- ✓Candidate-centric approach with empathy and pragmatism
- ✓Collaborative partner to hiring managers, providing coaching and strategic support
