About the Role

We are looking for a GTM Strategy Manager to join Federato, an AI-native platform transforming the insurance industry. This role will serve as a strategic partner to the VP, Forward Deploy, translating organizational priorities into actionable plans.

Key Responsibilities

→Translate organizational priorities into structured initiatives and execution plans
→Drive cross-functional alignment across GTM, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success
→Act as a force multiplier by independently advancing high-priority initiatives
→Design and implement delivery operating rhythms including forecasting and capacity planning
→Lead strategic initiatives such as delivery framework redesign and staffing model evolution
→Create scalable internal documentation and playbooks
→Develop training materials for new systems and workflows

Requirements

✓8+ years in GTM Strategy, Professional Services Ops, Revenue Ops, or similar
✓Deep familiarity with SaaS Professional Services models including utilization, margin, and staffing
✓Experience leading operational rollouts of systems, frameworks, and process redesign
✓Strong executive communication skills with ability to draft strategy memos and present clearly
✓Highly structured thinking with ability to move from ambiguity to action
✓Comfortable operating independently in high-growth environments
