Federato is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our AI-native platform that transforms insurance work. This role involves managing full cycle pipelines across multiple organizations and technical hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own full cycle pipelines across multiple different organizations from sourcing to coordination to closing
- →Manage technical pipelines for software engineering and specialized hires
- →Attract and hire top talent
- →Serve as the first point of contact for passive and inbound candidates
- →Craft and enhance the candidate experience with timely communication
- →Partner with hiring leaders to strategize on job descriptions and interview processes
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of full cycle experience in Technical Recruiting with at least 2 years in-house, specifically in engineering hiring
- ✓Exposure to a wide variety of roles including GTM, Ops, and Technical
- ✓Successful track record of owning the full cycle recruiting process
- ✓Experience with recruiting operations including data analysis, ATS editing, and interview training
- ✓Effective and proactive communication skills
- ✓Self-starter and first principles thinker
- ✓Team player who embodies Federato's values
