About the Role

We are looking for a Business Solutions Program Manager to join Fever, the world's leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment. This role is central in enabling Fever to scale rapidly and capture new markets.

Key Responsibilities

→Drive strategic initiatives impacting the way teams operate to ensure peak performance across departments
→Be an integral part of the AI strategy definition, implementation, and success tracking
→Lead the complete development lifecycle of in-house tools, systems and processes
→Conduct comprehensive audits to streamline team’s requirements, significantly enhancing overall efficiency
→Align the organization's business needs with technological and operational solutions
→Take ownership of key processes and engage with department managers worldwide

Requirements

✓Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics (STEM degree)
✓+5 years of experience in Strategy/Operations Consulting, Start-up/Scale-up Strategy, or Transformation in Corporate
✓Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a bias towards data-based decision making
✓Ability to overview processes, identify errors, propose, and implement improvements
✓Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
✓Proficiency in both written and spoken English
