About the Role

Secret Media Network is looking for a Community Manager to join the Madrid Secreto team. This role involves managing international communities and creating engaging content to drive audience growth and engagement across multiple social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

→Work with senior team members to schedule and promote editorial and sponsored content across all platforms
→Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and community inquiries promptly and professionally
→Follow communication procedures and maintain Secret Media Network editorial voice
→Complete qualitative and quantitative analysis and reporting to improve proposals
→Search for visual content from third-party creators to share on sites and social channels
→Manage Instagram threads and broadcast channels
→Coordinate and execute community engagement activities

Requirements

✓Native Spanish and professional English required
✓Experience running social media accounts for a newsroom, agency, or brand
✓Creative thinking and ability to produce engaging content
✓Knowledge of digital technology trends
✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✓Experience with social media tools like Creator Studio, Later, and Facebook Ads
✓Ability to identify and track relevant KPIs
✓Familiarity with Madrid and its culture
✓Strong organizational and multitasking skills
✓Detail-oriented, critical-thinker, and problem-solver
✓Team player with a flexible attitude
✓Experience with design/edit tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Final Cut is a plus
