About the Role
We are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our controlling and finance function at Fever, the world's leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment. This role requires full autonomy, attention to detail, and drive, working within a global high-growth business.
Key Responsibilities
- →Deliver periodic financial and business analysis
- →Support business areas with daily financial information
- →Coordinate with Accounting & Business areas
- →Perform month, quarter, and year-end closing processes
- →Check business budgets and forecasts for margin deviations
- →Elaborate financial estimations to support business decisions
- →Identify opportunities to maximize business efficiency
- →Work closely with the Controlling Manager to resolve matters
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree or Master in Finance, Accounting or relevant field
- ✓At least 3+ years of experience as financial controller
- ✓Previous experience within audit/consulting is highly valuable
- ✓Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- ✓Strong data analysis skills
- ✓Strong communication skills in English
- ✓Proactive, self-starter with clear communication abilities
- ✓Rigorous, organized, and meticulous
- ✓Team player
