About the Role

Fever is seeking a Sales Strategy & Operations Manager to design, build, and scale the commercial engine for our global growth. This role will partner with the VP of Fever for Business to drive long-term planning, forecasting, and process excellence across the entire GTM.

Key Responsibilities

→Define, build and implement sales operations and revenue operations end-to-end
→Drive sales productivity, including onboarding, enablement, and process optimization
→Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Strategy
→Oversee pipeline quality and coverage
→Optimize GTM systems including Salesforce and automations
→Build and scale the Sales Strategy & Operations function

Requirements

✓Degree in STEM required
✓6+ years experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations in SaaS/B2B tech
✓Strong strategic and analytical background
✓Experience scaling sales or revenue operations in early-stage or growth-stage environments
✓Expertise in forecasting, territory design, and sales processes
✓Strong understanding of CRM and GTM systems
✓Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills
✓High-ownership, high-curiosity builder
✓Passion for designing the future GTM engine of Fever for Business
