About the Role
We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our team at Fever, the world's leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment. This role involves working on internal development projects and improving our Salesforce CRM-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Understand our business, technology, and teams to participate in internal development projects
- →Design, test, and continuously improve Salesforce CRM-based solutions to meet business requirements
- →Define and implement Salesforce CRM-based solutions, including functional configuration, Flow, Apex, and Lightning Web Component development
- →Deploy metadata between Sandboxes and Production environments with DevOps
- →Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- ✓2+ years of relevant development experience in Salesforce Platform
- ✓Experience in Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Apex, and Lightning Web Components
- ✓Proven experience with Salesforce-based deployments
- ✓Experience in Google Sheets / AppScript development
- ✓Strong written and oral communication skills
- ✓Ability to present complex technical information clearly
- ✓Proven experience managing ambiguity and complexity in product development cycles
- ✓Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects
- ✓Curiosity and desire to learn, with adaptability to new technologies
- ✓High sense of ownership, urgency, and drive in a fast-paced environment
